Clinton Prosacco I got this to wear on the motorcycle but unfortunately i can’t wear it while wearing my helmet as it’s too wide but it’s good for when you are off the bike.

It is not necessary to fill all the compartments. There's also no need to use frozen food: ice cream is more than enough to prevent discomfort.

Raphael DuBuque For its price, it is correct. Unfortunately, the ice it forms is small and therefore melts quickly, which means its effect lasts a short time. I recommend having at least 2 or 3 to be able to change them.
